Why do Shi'a call Ali(AS)name in the Adhan?

So...clearly Balil(ra) never was ordered to say this in Rasul(SAW)time or after.So why do we do it a Sunni brother asked!The answer:This is the maintenance of testifying Ali(AS)al-Murtaza's waliyyat!It is not part of adhan or considered "fardh"in our Madhab of the Shi'a!And these are our books and Maraja' that prove it is mu'akadah!...not fardh!
